Some of you may have wondered why I chose this name. There are quite a few reasons, actually. For one thing, our house has been rented out and I’m still crashing at a classmate’s place. For another, it foreshadows our plan to study abroad. More importantly, though, it comes from 1 Peter: we are travelers and sojourners on this earth. I hope I can keep this series going, even if I may not always post it on WeChat Moments. I’ll copy the earlier entries into a notebook and make a proper diary of it!

And so, another entire day went by in a rush. I barely had a spare moment to take photos, which means text only today. Much bigger walls of text are still to come, though.

I finished the talk I had to give today; next up is weaving it all into an article. Mom’s post was deleted this morning, too—a timely reminder that there are things I need to phrase carefully…

I’m heading back to my hometown tomorrow, so this may be my last night in Hangzhou this year. No staying up late. Early to bed.
