For all I’ve written here, I still haven’t explained what my life currently looks like (though most of the people reading probably know already). I happen to be in a chronicling mood today, so, haha…
In short: I am currently on a break in the middle of my studies abroad and expect to return to Malaysia at the end of January. I am in the Australian VCE system; feel free to ask Baidu. My “gaokao,” so to speak, will be next October, which means that while my old classmates are celebrating their freedom, I will still be fighting away. As for how my studies are going… same as ever.
I went abroad in April and only learned it was happening a few weeks before I began this series. As for the main reason, those who know, know; those who don’t cannot be told here, or this entry will meet the same fate as the vanished “Diary-3.” I came back to China a few days ago, which is also when I picked this series up again. Sadly, there was no Hangzhou trip in the plans… maybe I can go back during some shorter holiday.
Only after writing all that do I realize I have basically been speaking in riddles. Then again, hardly anyone reads this anyway, right…? When I started, I never expected these entries to become a spiritual successor to Boring Notes (a thing I wrote in middle school when I had nothing better to do). But if they can serve that purpose, then why not leave, in one tiny corner of the vast internet, some trace that a person named “Zhuge Tianyao” was here?
