“Crowded” no longer begins to describe Tian’anmen Square and the Forbidden City! May Day has not even arrived yet!

Stamp collecting guided the entire Forbidden City trip. By circling from station to station, I somehow visited every building, including the Meridian Gate and Gate of Divine Might, both with temporary exhibitions. I also joined a volunteer tour of the Ceramics Gallery and took photos of everything along the way. Explore!

Today’s caching scored a perfect 3/3. I even performed some maintenance, placing a new container where I had failed to find one on my last visit. Excellent!

After returning from the Forbidden City, I visited a friend I met through basketball and told my story once again. Revisiting the old really does bring new understanding; I hope testimony like this can encourage more people too. I also need to restart the history of our class as soon as possible. No more delays. Go!

Now to decide whether I should stay up for Rusty Lake’s tenth-anniversary livestream…
